www.ted.com is probably one of my favourite websites, it features inspiring talks from incredible people from all walks of life free of charge and is based around the theme “Ideas worth spreading.” Founded in 1984 TED talks started off as a one off conference but has been running annually ever since, it has now expanded globally to Europe and Asia and the talks are available online.

DIY Coconut Yoghurt
Have had a few questions regarding some recipes, in particular coconut yoghurt. I have to admit though…I am a little embarrassed to reveal this recipe because it is ridiculously easy!!! The only thing that could get tricky is if you don’t have a Vitamix, this wonder of a machine will ensure your yoghurt is of the smoothest consistency and unfortunately cannot be compared to a food...
